I have a Frigidaire Gallery Heavy Duty electric clothes dryer. The model number is FSE447GHS0 or O (not sure). The dryer makes a terrible high pitch squealing noise when drying clothes. I had the bearing replaced 2 years ago by a repairman and ever since then the dryer has allowed clothes to become caught in the front part of the dryer at the top area of the drum. The clothes either get scorch marks on them or get a hole in them from the drum turning. What is wrong with my dryer. I can't afford a repairman right now, but my children need clean and dry clothes. I would like to fix it myself, my husband and I are both pretty handy with tools, but don't know about clothes dryers. HELP!

Our dryer is making a noise like a loud pulsating humming sound. We've entered the model number on GE and read the manuals, but no schematics on how to get it apart. We read the FAQ and the solution didn't work. Please tell us how to get it open to fix it.
it will turn on and spin but it wont get hot. I already plan on getting the model number and calling the repair place so don't bother to tell me that. I just wondered if anyone else had this problem and if it is easy(and inexpensive) to fix or should I look at a new dryer? I've only had it for 3 yrs so I didn't think it would die or need new parts already!
sorry, its electric, not gas
